Institute Cosmetique is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business. If you have expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital sales, and online store management, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversions
- Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and operations teams
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales reports
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce Management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, healthcare, or retail industry will be preferred
